Did the usual ring around as I thought my renewal quote was high, had one company telling me that I did too many mile (13k) on a modified daily car and that if I wanted it less than Ā£700 id need to drop the millage near to 7K.... nearly all quotes coming in between 7 and 8. Rang back Brentacre, asked them to add a further 3 points on, expecting it to jump again to the 7-800 range and they still kept the renewal price at just over 500. So that's where we are at, another year of cover in the Clio

I haven't seen 1 person say they have had good service when ordering from k-tec.6 weeks from ordering the compbrake top mounts through Ktec and still cant provide an ETA on delivery. I've now asked for a refund.
I swear customer service has gone out of the window these days. Is it just me or am I stupid to expect better? I don't feel I should even have to chase for an update on an item that's listed for sale on a website, just note on there if there is a wait and the consumer can make an informed decision on the purchase.
On this occasion I was emailed to say there was possibly a 3 to 4 week wait but it should be sooner. If you cant hit that timescale for any reason you should surely communicate that without being chased?

Never bothered with them myself, usually only use their site to see how much cheaper it is when I buy elsewhere.
