For Sale Renault 9 project with turbo engine

Right then it's time I sold up, I need a clean sheet in my life and in all honesty I've lost interest in the car.

The plan was to put it back on the road, drive it for a few months then sell it. The car is about 90% finished but I've not got the time and I could do with a new kitchen lol.

So what I'm selling is an r9 gtx on an E reg. I've spent more money than I care to think about on parts and I have some left over spares from a r5 gt turbo.

The car doesn't drive at the moment and will need the wiring sorted before it will.

I'll get some pictures up when I get chance in the day light, probably this weekend

Looking for £500 to take the lot

I'll take some pictures at the weekend and write a list. Most of the things I've bought for it is listed in the skim links page so it'll be easy enough for me to see

I'm ill at the moment with a bad chest and no voice, I'll have to wait to get the pictures because its cold and nasty out there lol

These pictures aren't very good but I can't get it out of the garage at the moment. I've spent a lot of money on parts and it needs the front brakes cleaning and putting back on, the fuel pump and fuel hoses fitting, the exhaust putting back on and the wiring sorting out.

I have some new parts like mann w85 oil filter, quartz 10w50 oil, front brake pads and boost hoses that have never been fitted

I had the sub frame powder coated so that's nice. The engine bay I painted with a brush so it isn't great but it is clean. The engine has a new corteco blue seal gasket and uprated head bolts. I fitted a new water pump, rebuilt the carb. The car is rough but it will be fun to drive but I've lost interest. There are a few parts knocking around my garage that can go with it like r5 gt turbo drive shafts and one of those r5 gt turbo phase 1 copy grilles and other things from when I had a r5. I'm just wanting to off load everything so any offers welcome

A shame the reg is a letter out
Too busy for anything for myself but can never have too much work on. Without taking a look I'm guessing there will be plenty of missing daft bits, not a simple bolt everything back together.

I'd say there probably is a few small bits, I've been using a lot of parts from a 5 I stripped. The car comes with anything Renault in my garage to help build/fund it

lol the emoticon is funny, erm well £150 is a bit low really. £300 is cheap really so £150 I going to say no. bare in mind the engine is worth around £300 and you'd get loads of other parts. Someone would break this car for a few £ profit
