renault 21 front subframe

Hi
I'm having trouble trying to locate a subframe for my 21 seven 1.7, spoke to a few of my sources only to be told like a needle in a haystack, main dealer have quoted me £360+ vat and will take two weeks to get here from france, obviously looking for a cheaper way to repair, i thought it was only the bushes at first glance but on closer inspection the area around the bush location has crumbled!, so it looks like a new frame is the order of the day
any help or pointers greatly apprieciated
