Renault 11 Turbo Phase 2 Restoration

As I had to take out the dash again to fix the issue with the interior fan, I thought it might be prudent at that time to fit a proper Thatcham Cat 1 Alarm and Immobiliser whilst I had great access to all the necessary wiring loom. Obviously I'm not going to go into too much detail on that work, just a quick photo to show the start:

Following the fitment of the alarm system, we needed to confirm the wiring for the central locking was correct, so I pulled one of the old doors out and connected it to the loom. Thankfully everything worked A-OK!! :dance.gif:

@jas_racing and I then spent a few hours making a cheeky little custom subwoofer box for the N/S Rear quarter panel, to add a bit more depth to the sound system that will be in the car.. Obviously it's going to be fully stealth, and only those of you reading this will know it's going to be there, the average punter will not realise:

Chuffed to bits with the design of the model.

Knew I should have been more specific for you lot. What make and size of speaker / sub is going in your nice construction? 😂
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH... I did wonder if that was the question you were asking.. but stayed on the side of stupidity just incase.. :)

The sub is this:

The amp is this:

And then the front 5.25 Co-Axial speakers in the OE locations will be either these:

or if they don't fit. these

Rockford fosgate! I had a twin 12 inch ( wait for it ) in the boot ( wait ) of my MK2 Golf GTi.

The subs were the best bit of the car.
