21 Turbo R21 Turbo 1990 from France

Hello,

There is my R21 Turbo, first registred in 4th july 1989, I bought it in 2004, January and actualy I am finishing to refresh it (refresh started in 2013).

Actually :











I have to purge breaks and clutch and It will be able to move.

After the last work to do is new body paint, it will be Black (676) instead of the original red.

I had the same with leader seats, and I didn't like it so when I search this one I choose one with velour.

@ Dave, I will keep you updated, but actually there is no update since last year :ak:

I have some health trouble and can't work on it as I want to do.

Use a pressure bleeder if you can get one.

Hello,

some news :

- brakes are drained, but I had to change the clutch receiver blocked by rust, fortunately I had one who came from a R25 V6turbo gearbox.

Dave, I used a machine like you said (thanks to my neighbor) and it sure it is easier with this. :cd:

Now the car is on theses wheels, but I need to change battery, it didn't like to stay unused from very long time...

after that I will be able to move it and throw away the old body.

hello, somes news, I move it to it's next place (side to my over R21, a 1993 Alizé GTX 2.2i automatic)




The clutch finish draining it self so now I just need to fix transmissions to go to technical verification.

I also need to change the climat panel, it seems to be broken (no light on it, full speed ventilation on any position of the button and other buttons don't change anythings).
