Ali, the spacers are 'floating' and don't need fixing as such they are clamped between hub and wheel when bolted up. They have clearance holes in the spacers at the correct PCD so you only need longer bolts to secure the wheels, for example the OEM bolts are 26mm long plus the 16mm spacer you will need bolts 42mm long ( mine fitted with 45mm long bolts with no issues ) :approve:
OR go for the stud conversion where longer studs are basically secured/glued in to the hub and then spacer sits on the studs and wheel fitted and secured with nuts rather than studs.
Just make sure you get 60 deg taper bolts with M12 x 1.5 pitch threads, Ebay 45mm bolts
