The Renault workshop manual can be viewed here :
Front Bumper Removal
Refer to SECTION 55A, Front Bumper Removal.
Alternatively, here is Matt's picture guide :
1. Remove the 2 small black clips from the plastic top panel to release it. Pushing up from the bottom is the easiest way with a small screw driver. Unclip the alarm push switch too.

2. Unscrew the 2 bolts underneath the Car on the undertray.

There are 2 bolts to remove in the centre just above the number plate.
3. Remove wheel on each side of car and unscrew the arch Liner to gain access to the nuts and bolts behind
4. There are 4 bolts in total behind the bumper to release it as the pictures below show:

2 bolts in the corner can be unscrewed with a small spanner and a stretch of the arm

The other 2 are nearer the edge and are much easier. Loosen but don't unbolt fully until you are going to remove the bumper.

Disconnect washer jets and fog lights

5. Voila - bumper should come loose. Have something soft to drop it down on to and take it easy when removing as you dont want to scratch you wings or anything.

6. Repeat reverse for refitting.
