Ph1 coil pack changing guide?

Is there one anywhere?
I need to change my inaccessible ones as I have a misfire that’s not on the easy ones.
Last time I done it I had half the car spread over the drive and it was a right pain in the arse.

Can it be done with the plastics on and is there an easy best practice way?

I got stuck in, all apart in 15mins.
Just need some coil packs now.

I did have a good read of that but I was seeing if anyone had any tricks so I didn’t have to take the plastics off.
It only takes 5 mins to do that so I’m not sure why I worried.

No tricks sadly, plastics out (I use a cordless drill with a T20 fitting to speed it up) then manifold off.
