Old gits insurance

Yep I am old, 52 ouch :violin:

But i get cheap insurance

Aviva will let me have the V6 with 0% no claims available for £275 with a introductory bonus as i have 3 family cars insured with them already.

Bad news is excess is £350 normally plus a £500 extra excess (cos people keep crashing them) with another £200 excess if i use a non aviva repairer. So that's £1050 excess, best I drive carefully. :race:

I just cancelled my AVIVA policy. £1237.00

Admiral £551.00

AVIVA said "Well that's our price Sir you can cancel if you want to"

History..........

Hi,
According to my 18 year old son Old people are any one above the age of 25. He was telling me about his manager at work and said that he was an old bloke, when i asked him how old, he replied "Oh at least 25"

Nigel.

just renewed today with admiral multicar , £277 !!!!! up from £231 not bad for a young looking 48yr old ;)

Insurance companies are a law unto themselves...I had a multicar quote from Admiral £ 299.....renewal with Avia £231

The advantages of being an old git [smilie=icon_eek.gif]

I'm 25, and i only pay around the 250 for the 6months i have it on the road...pennys really.

Just insurance the Z4 for a further year for £631 with her on the policy (22) that bumps it up a bit.

I must have just qualified for old git insurance (I'm 28) as I changed all of my cars from admiral to aviva a few months ago [smilie=icon_cry.gif]

Same age as you know Mark and aviva nearly had a fit when I asked for a quote saying I cannot buy the clio v6 having already owned it for a yr.

Everyone on the policy earns N C B . My daughter who is 21 pays £420 for a convertible ,the cheapest quote she could get on her own was £600 plus! AND she no longer lives at home ( so a different address on her policy) . Anyone with children will know how much of a struggle im going to have now getting £420!!!!! [smilie=icon_aaargh.gif]
