A couple of months ago I was trying to buy a Tungsten cabby on the bay things went pear shaped as it turned out it was stolen. Anyway I left the guy neg feedback after he relisted the car and resold it without telling me. He has waited all this time for me to sell something, so he can create a new account, click BIN and leave negative feedback! What a douche. So speaking to him over the phone to try and resolve it amicably but I could soon lose my temper as its bang out of order and cost me £10 in listing fees.

Rant over, but in short she is still for sale.

mate if that douche is still giving you hassle take up a case with ebay and they can ban all accounts from his IP address, surely eBay have to take some action for that sort of rubbish not to mention trying to sell a stolen car on eBay
