Megane Megane R26 Drivers Seat Sliding Mechanism

Hi can anyone solve this issue for me , should the drivers side seat slide forward to let people in to the back or just tilt ? I cant remeber checking on any of the cars I drove before buying mine.

Make sure its fully tilted forward, my Clio only slides once its tilted.
