Marks RX7 - lets break a rotary.

Similar, Ulcerative Colitis/Total Pancolitis but yeah. Did he have that crazy dog with him still?
No crazy dog but like you said before he’s an interesting character. Did a good job though so no complaints.

My wife has ulcerative colitis too.

Crazy how many people have it these days tbh. Hope she's well managed and ok? Im pretty fucked now, in to hospital tomorrow for some fun actually to see if its bag time or if I can get on a newly released infusion to try and keep it in check and give me some freedom back.

Welding sorted today, looking forward to having a years ticket sorted later this week.

I need to get the whole car undersealed soon.
Be careful re-undersealing.

As @DaveL485 will tell you it hides a lot.

I see a lot of jap cars get this done, will cause lots of issues later on.

I'm doing a T2 bay window at the moment that had been covered up with new stonechip looked great but was hiding so much..

I think she has it pretty mild compared to you. She has flare ups every now and then but nothing has progressed much further over the last 3-4 years.

Sorry to hear mate, I’ve seen how bad she has been with it and I know it’s not at all nice.

What would you recommend @Mark_L just to give a decent level of protection ?

Fingers crossed it stays like that for her, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, death would be nicer lol. I've been in a flare for the best part of 14 months now. Still lockdown has been good in that respect, allowed to stay home full time and not worry about doing anything 😂

Anyway back to the brap brap car. I hope we get some good videos once its all street legal (y)

In the summer, steam clean off the underside let it dry for a few days, then coat it with a cavity wax, get it into all the Box sections etc. I wouldn't put it into the sills just yet if your planning on having them done.

If your planning on keeping it then the best thing to do would be to completely strip it all off, treat it all, then a good zinc primer, seam seal, stonechip then a coat of 2k. But it's a big job.

For today’s little upgrade as I literally couldn’t see in the dark without high beam is some Auxito LED headlights, they make the world of difference.

Are you friendly with your mot tester?
These are fail now. Unless you change them before each test.
Look much better though. 👍
He is a mate yes but I did change them today after getting my MOT yesterday, have kept old bulbs for next year 😂

Honestly though, the OE standard bulbs are just dangerous.

Why are these a fail anyway ? Too bright for oncoming traffic ?

I guess so, the rules have been changed and they're now an instant fail??.

LED bulbs in cars that didn't have LED from new are now just an automatic fail. I have to say, given the amount of cars with piss poor LED lights (even that have them new), I'm certainly in favour it. It's mostly because people fit cheap, shit ones that have no proper pattern or cut-off and that don't work in units.

If you do get caught for whatever reason then maybe try Osram nighbreakers or similar. Those halogens that advertise +150% do generally work pretty damn well.
