Have done some work on one of the rear arches today.

Wire wheeled the rust out and a light ski off filler in the pitting. Some upol acid etch primer, upol standard primer, colour and lacquer. Quite chuffed for a can and will do untill I get a respray. Hopefully this winter.

That is some nice job done with the sills! i went the hard way and made my own.... wont do that the next time around

Turned car around to do the other arch.


Bolted the battery box down and cut in the breaker switch. Ordered some cable crimps ready to terminate the cables so I can finish that

Not many pics now but dial etc now fitted and working, all panels back on the car, on the ramp and put some raptor on the back sides of sills and chassis rails. Interior refitted. Now just need to pinch a few bits off my other valver then it’s ready for mot

Bit late on the update. But it’s mot’d, taxed and insured!

Well after 120 miles the manifold gasket decided to blow apart. So it’s strip down time . All good with a decent gasket and only took 9 hours in 27 degree heat in the work shop also managed to crack my windscreen by leaning innit also fitted a evol engine rear mount and fitted the pas delete pipe and blanks.
