Low miles PH1 but Cat C, 15K!

This seems a bit optimistic even taking the mileage into consideration! At least they admit that it is Cat C, no photos and very little other info, any one seen it?

Hello there, first post here but joined as I'm potentially on the look out for a V6. I'm a TVR fan at heart but whilst I'm on the lookout for a Tuscan S as a keeper these keep jumping out at me too!
I keep an eye out regularly and noticed this one has come up (photo's are on AT) Odd there's no mention of it as a recorded car even though it says HPI report available. What was the story behind it?
Anyone know of any other Phase 1's or 2's for sale or 'possibly' for sale!!

Apologies I missed that! Normally people but it as quite an important point but on that ad its in lower case and doesn't jump out as being a big factor!!
Maybe worth a punt at half the asking price!!
