I have had to delay collecting the car until after I return from my honeymoon due to storage issues, the family are happy with the delay .
Has anybody used the outdoor carcoon kits? I have a carport atm I was thinking about storing it in there in the outdoor version of a carcoon.. I plan on enclosing the car port fully making it weather proof, I have the option of moving house to a lovely house with a double garage... only downside is it’s abit further out town and Lucy don’t want to be that far away from either of our parents.

I have a trailer to save the miles creeping up...
I am happy with a carcoon for a few weeks, I have ordered some roller doors and will enclose my carport up and insulate it well... joys of working in the building trade

Cheers Steve, I would say it’s up there with the best... can’t take any of the credit for it, but I will do my very best to keep it that way.
As for selling it on, that is not my intention with this one, waited long enough to get hold of it

Should collect the 5 on Saturday (weather depending- don’t want it getting wet), sorted a garage long term and short term...
Short term (stones are being laid this week to make it level).
Long term will be in here when the garage is built...

Thank you, it’s a find, I really didn’t expect to ever own it.... I will be glad if this is my last Renault 5 I will own, I won’t jynx it and say it’s a keeper, but I don’t plan on selling anytime soon, looking forward to doing to classic car shows and enjoying the 5Amazing find, absolutely chuffed for you. I can’t imagine there are any left to this same high standard.
