So I'm a 35 year old married man owning a house in a nice area with full no claims, no points, car secured in garage, and no fault claims (tho' I did have someone minorly shunt me in traffic a couple of years back
) doing about 10k miles a year in the Vee. My wife is a second driver, tho' she's only ever sat in the drivers seat once and that was to move the car 5m out of the garage. Personally I reckon these facts make me a low risk, but doesn't stop the bastards reaming me each year .
Currently with Privilege, but won't be again give their renewal quote of 826 fcuking quid.
Don't like Elephant/Admiral since they penalize you for no fault claims ... bastards. Norwich Union quoted me happy until I noticed the freaking excess of £720.
Anybody got any stories of joy leading to good suggestions on insurance please?
