thank's. I'm still in the process of upgrading the whole thing, as for now it runs on 350cc's injectors with 1bar turbo pressure and already the cluth start's to skip. I think by August with a new uprated clutch, will have the omex fited, the 600cc's injector's waiting in my drawer, and 1.5bar... then it will be a toy from hell

oh, and Prabmire...bingo, they really are swift seats, I tryed some diferent seats in the car, and reached the conclusion only these ones have the proper dimensions for this small car!
the pistons and rods are wossner...

Yep they are the best seats for small cars, i've owned 2 swift gti's back in the day, i miss them cracking little cars, what subframes did you use, modified suzuki or R5 ones?

Nice work there, good luck with getting it up and running. Which clutch you running, im just running the valeo volvo clutch and at 1 bar of boost it doesn't slip. Its interesting if road is anything but bone dry and thats after 3rd gear.

Your turbo is a bit big for my liking, got taken out running same turbo and spooled up a lot later on, gave a nice kick back up to 7k rev but couldn't really do a nice spirited drive down the country side without changing gears loads of time to keep the turbo going.

Running the GT28 turbo with cossie greens. Made 167bhp at 5psi, 12psi was 133bhp I think it was. Got it running and holding at 15psi now, thats if I ever find my misfire :(

Yeph the suzuki is quite a nervous litle bastard. I tryes one for one night about 14 years ago and I remember for that time it was quite a thrill...
The frames were made by me using the swift sliders!
About the turbo, I don't feel that it should be more small as I have lots of torque and very good feedback from the engine, he just insanily explodes when it reaches the 3000rpm.
About the clutch I'm using a Sachs uprated clutch for the Williams but I think I'm gonna change again for this one

I'm still studying Wich one is best for me!!!

erm, just got for a paddle clutch which is about 1/3rd price. Valeo clutch for the volvo is the only one really to go for makes wise, but I think im pushing it at 233bhp and 237lb/ft torque.

Would be interested in seeing a rolling road print out for this car :)

I would like to have a roling road print too, but that will have to wait for the omex instalation, as for now with a standard ecu and without intercooler this runs always in safe mode... (wonder how it will be in normal conditions)
