Mine had just had half of it ripped off going through a massive puddle/lake. It was either stop and and flood the vee or plough on and out. I reckon the undertray must have been hanging loose for it to catch the ground and then crumpled underneath the car as I drove on for 20 yards and it sheared off.
300 miles of fantastic driving
One what is the part no.?
Two how much?
Three has anyone got a spare one?

Thanks for the reply guys. I never finished my sentence. 300 miles of great driving around the Welsh roads and thought vee has been fantastic and tour is over. No issues at all and then pootling along to see a mate I hadnt seen in three years who lives in the gloucester area and the rest is history! Sods law!

I just ordered one on Friday from www.renault-spares.co.uk/ for £25 inc postage. It's not a V6 one, but according to them it will fit. Well let you know if it ok. I'm also after the rear tray but they didn't have one.

Did you order item 1? Looking at the diagram I need item 2 . I can deal with that price as a new part.

Another good Renault specialist (and breaker) is Four ashes renault 01902790123. They are in Wolverhampton, ive had dealings with them for many years. Based originally on a Husband & Wife team and a huge amount knowledge known by Neil (boss man).

I know they have broken Vee's and repaired a few too in the past. I remember before I had mine seeing them fit a ph2 front end on a ph1 and did a real nice job.

Give them a call

Ian
