Spot on mate, how do you rate the yellow stuff pads?

And a good safety tip placing a spare wheel or 2 under the car when sat on axle stands :approve:

Spot on! :approve:

I have to say you are all putting me to shame so I'm hiding at the back of the stand. :)

correction they are coach tyres off a 77 seater mate ha!!! they are friggin enormous!!! 22'' i think.

the yellow stuff pads are ok when they are warm, not to good until warm but dont take to long to warm.

plenty more pics to come. i fitted the AP decals on before an relaquered them so they are super shiny now.

i have gone for the standard silver for the wheels i am not a fan of chaging the car to far from standard to be honest. keep it origional i think!

haha! no got my hands on some big tyres to rest it on, 4 infact! new plates and tyres still yet to go on!

Are the calipers on the Vee - AP Racing calipers or do people just add these decals for effect??

I like the look and would like to do the same but just wondered if people have bought AP Racing calipers or if they were standaed. Have tried search but could not seem to find the answer

Thanks

yeah i believe the fronts are APracing calipers. But the backs are off a citreon i believe?

yeah ebay is where they come frm, have had some in the past they are ok and dont shrivel to a crisp! more pics of new plates and sneaky ap racing decals on rears ;)

one of my locking wheel nuts has crossthreaded itself so im after a new one if anyone has one! if not a single nut will do for now as i dont want to run with just the 4!!

if anyone has one can they let me know/bring it to FCS on sunday?!

thank youuuu!

Jacko... more info on the rear callipers here - LINK

Please be very aware that fitting Citroen pads to the rear,.... 'while they do actually fit', they do not fit perfectly!!
Once worn, a lip will form on the rear of the pad as it is slightly too big for the size of the disc. This means that in time, the un-worn lip on the pads either side of the disc will touch and render you with no rear brakes!!

oh yeah mate i knew that, thats why i opted for yellow stuff pads instead ;)

thanks for that tho!
