5 GT Turbo EFI - GT Turbo

I'll sort the other bits over the next couple of months. I'll get the wedding/honeymoon done first and use the car during the summer on carb and then get conversion started once weather turns crap.

Just emailed Chris to double check I can use the TTV fly with wasted spark, doubt i'll hear until Monday now though.

The TTV flywheel is one of their off the shelf race lightened flywheels for the C1J (3.6kg or something like that) but by all accounts I can keep this and still go wasted spark.

I've just placed an order with Chris for adaptronic, ignition module, leads and trigger wheel.
Ah...trigger wheel, so you're not using the flywheel as a trigger pickup. Thats fine then a 36-1 trigger will run wasted spark, thats what I run.

Injector bosses welded into the runners with a custom fuel rail.

It would be made from sheet Ally. Complete with fuel rail and mountings. You would be required to source throttle body

Its a typical design Andy. The engineering will come in the runners. With the space restriction being the bulkhead, its going to be a case of developing a design that offers minimal flow restrictions and maximum flow speed. Some short and direct and ultimately fits

With inlet and exhaust manifolds, its all in the design. shorter runners tend to favor high rpm/low torque where as longer favors lower rpm/high torque

I'm learning every day, its good fun. Turns out I can't use my malpassi FPR as for carb not fuel injection.

Can anyone recommend a suitable FPR - (3bar/45psi) I believe ?

TBH Mark, its really an unknown. I guess until ive spoken with the fabricator and got an idea of 'Cost', I wouldnt like to quote you a figure and be miles off.

Fundamentally this is all going to be down to what you guys think it will cost. I wont however, come up with what i consider to be a rough 'bodged' part just to satisfy a price point. What RTS produce i want to be viewed as quality with a realistic and fair cost to the you guys.
