Ever since I heard about this issue I have been trying to understand the following:
1. What causes it (e.g. mileage, usage related etc)?
2. What the consequences of having worn/defective Dephasers were.
When we discussed your experience at the Lakes meet, you confirmed item 2 above. Did you to get to the bottom of why it happens or whether it is related to mileage, usage or any other factor? Thanks.
Thanks for your feedback Phill. What you say above is what I too have been hearing.phillv6":23rt3hon said:Lankan":23rt3hon said:Phill, thanks for posting this up.

Dulan,
I didn't get to the bottom of why it happens, however since I've owned my car from when it was only 18 months old with less than 9K miles and it has been serviced correctly ever since, I can definately say it's not a poor servicing issue.
