Day Insurance help

Hi, im picking up my vee on sat and i need to insure it for a day the problem is im only 20 at the moment but turn 21 next week. I wontbe insuring the car until im 21 but i need to find some1 to insure me for 1 day at 20 years old, any ideas??

When i first bought the Vee i needed to insure the Pulsar GTIR for a day to take it up the M6 to meet the buyer......i was insured with Admiral at the time on the Vee but they did a days insurance for me on the GTIR. Might be worth ringing a couple of the bigger companies and asking the question.

get someone older who you trust very much to bring it back for you.

I am not sure you can insure for a day but a week is quite common as is a month, for this very reason i.e. a bridging policy ...
