Yeah, thats right 
The coupe tyres you have where originally the 'wets' option for racing. Softer compound than the normal MXV (sure you already know).
Not sure when they changed to using full race wets though.
I have 5 here, unperished, but not that grippy anymore. Perfect for a show car though - and super rare now.
