When looking at catcar and there's a choice of part number depending on the 'special technical features' of the car, does anyone know how to find out what these numerical codes are referring to?

Those do not appear to be Renault codes, what part are you trying to look up and for what car?

Fired up the antique Dialogys and checked, the special features numbers refer to the equipment fitted to that vehicle ie sunroof, and country specific options which can vary by build date (fab number) but it doesn't say what each number means, except if it has tyre pressure monitor SDPRN= With out
If you have a picture of chassis/oval plate I might be able see if there is any noticeable equipment change within Dialogys.

Would there be another system in the dealership or something which would give the cross references to what the numbers actually mean?

Yeah I figured it's (Sans) Détection de la PRession des PNeus.

Just done a general search with no vehicle specific information and nothing comes up any more if it ever did?
But based on the information questions it would seem that it is based on the equipment or options fitted ie sunroof (TO)
