Cold start troubles

Hi guys.
Today i tried to fire up my Vee ph 1 cold parked from just only 24h ago , but she doesn’t fire.
Battery new (5 days only!)
Starter new of March 2020
I can hear the starter seems turning well and continously , battery is new, but engine doesn’t start. Even with a bit of throttle. Nothing.
After a couple of try i left the car there in my park and get back home very disappointed...

Any idea about this issue?

Immobiliser maybe?

Did you try locking and unlocking again, the light on the dash needs to go out.

Had this on my 172.
Try your spare key

You means when i turn on the ignition key i should heard the pump noise right?
