This is now not funny.

chaucer will not insure me as the car is a 1990 21t. They will however as an act of goodwill , say its a 1989 , but give me a 50% loading. So thats now comprehesivly the most expensive quote so far at £778.16. I can insure a skyline cheaper.

Something is going wrong here.

I rang HIC last night , they brokered a deal with Chaucer @ 317.68 , all mods declared

I rang Chaucer direct , shouted Amrits name and the club , and Chaucer now say they dont cover that type of car. Wierd. They are ringing chaucer direct to try and acertain why.

I bloody hate insurance time !

HIC sorted me out in the end. All mods declared , and able to strip / cage it.

5k mileage limit , parked on drive overnight. Second car , and SD+P and commute.
