No, not too late to join. My deadline for forms/payment is May the 5th. Download and fill in the forms from the booking thread and get them, and payment off to me ASAP. The only rush is for the Hotel on Saturday night as I am worried it may soon sell out, so if you want to come get it done straight away.
here is your to do checklist:
1) fill out the hotel for Saturday form and send to me with payment.
2) fill out either the track day form or the static form and send to me with payment.
3) Book the Bourges hotel for Friday and Sunday on line using your credit card
4) Book your Eurotunnel or crossing of choice online using your credit card.
5) keep an eye on the forum for updates and Monday /Tuedsday details (depending on the length of your stay)

All details and prices are in the bookings thread.

Just need to finalise the Saturday night stuff and the Circuit bookings ... I can now allow myself to get excited about this

Mark the booking thread does say 17.20 for the return!!!! MARTIN I DID THE SAME MISTAKE!! But I got it changed at no extra cost to 17.50.

Yep I see the error now. its 17.20 final check in, 17.50 crossing. to tell the truth, I wouldnt worry about changing it as they are pretty flexible and I cannot imagine it being too busy on a Tuesday afternoon. We will all be going seperate ways on the other side anyway. if we target to arrive at around 16.30 we will probably all end up on the earlier one anyway.
