Presentation, and asking for help related to the XR25 PC software install

Hello y'all, I hope that y'all are doing great !

My name is Vincent, and I am a neighbor, from France. I do speak english (and spanish) which is nice because it allows me to access to many ressources and communities.

I am a young driver, and I drive a car that is nearly as old as me. A Renault Mégane 1 Coupé phase 1 with the 2.0 16v f7r 710 engine. I bought this car with 215.000 kms, its from 1996, and there is a lot of job to do on it, I kinf of restore it, i'll upgrade it too, but not too much, as well ... the french traffic and insurance laws are pure ass.

I came here first because I saw that some genius did an emulation of the XR25, i'd love to have one of these toys but in a fair condition with all the tapes it's nearly the price of my car so ...

And that's how we come to my question, after my small presentation, I download the software and started the install, I have a pc running on Win 11 family (Not an F&F reference) and its a 2021 machine.

I did the two first steps and apparently, when I want to install the software, not the fonts or package, the link is broken: "Échec du téléchargement de http://renault-clip/XR25_D2XXUnit_NET/XR25_PC1_183.application."

And I do not know how to fix that,

If anyone can help me, that would be nice,

Uninstall and try to install as administrator

In fact in admin mode, the prompt does not even start the install of the various packages.
