Just see you are booking for 3 nights in bourges... but the staff of clio V6 passion will find some nice hotels near Mas du clos for the night of the 19th (for sure) and maybe for the 20 th ( i have to confirm that).

And for sure, there will be many members of the Clio V6 passion to the WSR on June 19.

I'm going to check more information on these details.

thanks Vincent, please keep me informed. Although we have booked these rooms as a base between the 2 venues, they can be changed if something better comes up although we will definatly stay in Bourges on the Friday night. One thing though, we need a Buffalo Grill nearby!

I could have bounced my steak off the walls last year!! lmao Shaun could have bounced BOTH of his steaks lol

no problem : since i've got some news, i'll tell you guys.

You won't be disapointed by these event : it's gonna be huge !!

At the last events we were 30 Vees at Val de Vienne in March and 27 Vees at Monthlery in October......

So we hope beat the record of Dijon in 2007 : near 40 Vees !!

Just done some sums, gonna cost about 350 (each person) and thats just getting there, staying and cumin back again. Plus spends not too bad then.

Pay day Il book the tunnel if thats gonna be the preffered method of travel?

Just need to find some poor bugger to go with me now lol

Put me down as a pencil, but the cars in a 1000 bits, but its a deadline, so I'll have to pull my finger out.

It look's like a real crack, so best I get back down the garage.

If you don't understand some points, tell me here, i'll try to translate.

thanks for the info,
hold fire on sending the forms and money off until we clarify a few details, I will try and arrange to collect the money rather than the hassle of sending cheques.
By all means, download the form and fill it in.
I will put an official post in the bookings thread as soon as I have sorted it out. Deadline to book is May 20th so no hurry.
For those of you not booked your crossing and hotel do it now.

Just an update:
An English form will soon be with us!
and an alternative form for those who want to attend in their cars but not take part in the track day itself will also be available.

Helmet required to go on track?

"Casque obligatoire sur le circuit". Looks like it is required.

My Google says:

INSTRUCTIONS Some instructions for the proper conduct of the day: -
Follow the information organizers. -
Keep your vehicle properly to get on the track. -
Establishment of the trailer towing MANDATORY. -
Fasten your seat belts before entering track. -
Helmets required on the circuit. -
windows closed on the circuit. -
Park your vehicle properly back track.
