Is there any noise restrictions for the track Mark?

probably...awaiting details on that one.
Having said that, the French dont seem so strict as they are here about checking.

Cool, need to know as the car might be going in for a subtle modification if its not too low.

Anthony most of us will probably be going tunnel, not planned a time yet but need to hit France around 10am local time. Try and arrange ferry time so we can have a rendevous somewhere, I have got a nice drive planned once we get around Paris.

Let me know your times and we can post them up if anyone else wants to join you in going that way.

tunnel for me :) 35 mins on and off the shuttle :)

no worries for clearance either, oh and the sound of vee's rumbling down the train is amazing :)

I'm up for this, but i'd defo want to do monaco, stelvio and the ring on the way home...Make a full trip of it...

I am up for it too. Done Monaco (great to do it with with fellow vees in tow) but would love to do the Ring. Whats the deal with insurance cos I know some like Elephant specifically ban insuring for driving on the Ring? Anyone know???? If so how much is the insurance likely to be?

this is a Mas du CLos thread, please keep on topic!
TBH this, Monaco, wherever and the Nurburgring in one trip is an unrealistic marathon. The ring is so near the UK you would have a far more enjoyable time doing it on its own.

The main event's for the trip will be the Renault World series on the saturday and the 10yrs of clio v6 on the sunday..

all this monaco stuff is just a little bit of chat at the moment, like mmark has said to do everything in 1 trip is just toooooo much, to much driving, not enough time to take in things..

I have added the crossing info thread to the bookings thread. once you are certain you are coming then book as soon as you can to ensure we all get on the same shuttle if possible. I know its a long way off but if you book now it will be cheaper.
I have chosen the 08.20 shuttle, but there are 2 others leaving inside the following 20 minutes so even if we dont get on the same one then at least we can meet up at the first motorway stop.
I know its a bit difficult for those travelling from up north but with the time difference, we need to get moving by around 10 and if we push it any later then you will have to negotiate London/M25 and Dartford etc during rush hour. I can only suggest a stop over somewhere near Folkstone on the Thursday night if you cannot stomach the early start.

I have also added a P&O ferry option which will put you ontrack to meet up at the rendevous point.
once booked, let me know your details and i will add it to the attendence list.

Just see you are booking for 3 nights in bourges... but the staff of clio V6 passion will find some nice hotels near Mas du clos for the night of the 19th (for sure) and maybe for the 20 th ( i have to confirm that).

And for sure, there will be many members of the Clio V6 passion to the WSR on June 19.

I'm going to check more information on these details.
