Chat about 2010 Mas du Clos French trip

Weather:
despite what you have seen on the news, aside from the slight possibility of rain on Saturday, the rest of the weekend is looking fine.

Have a fantastic weekend everyone, v6clio.net and CLioV6passion.fr

Take loads of pictures please, the gallery is ready and waiting.

Guys. I am speechless at the help I have received from you all. I appreciate that only a few of us have met before and yet your devotion to helping a club member is outstanding. I am coming down to the Maidstone services tomorrow morning to meet you all. After a chat with Martin, we established meeting there just before 7. Is this ok with everyone?
As regards the detour, I do not in anyway expect you all to detour for me. I also noticed you were talking about avoiding Paris. When we go to Le Mans we always head for Rouen which avoids Paris. If you are all accompanying me, once we have collected the car it would be pretty easy for you guys to refind your route to Bourges. As mentioned earlier, Nas has very kindly offered to take me there which is first class!!! It would be fun to see the garage's face when 9 Vee's rock on on the 2 car forecourt..... I look forward to hearing back from you and meeting you all in the morning.
On the bright side, this will be the perfect opportunity for me to meet you all and also hear some differently modded cars.

Ever grateful Phil B

There is major irony here!!!! I am the worst at looking after my vee just ask Emma! And I am the one now developing OCD over it!! Got myself shampoo sponges microfibre cloths lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a stones throw from maidstone services in a hotel watching the news at 10 ...

I will be there Phil as discussed, if we can all get fuelled up and off sharpish that will be good :)

See you there ...

Ha Nas, Black/Gold can be such a pain to keep clean but looks mint when done :) I am also carrying a selection of 'products' and the most important for me being speed detailer and micro fibre cloths ...

Hi guys,

sure you are on the on the road, but a big THANKS for your visit [smilie=icon_cheers.gif]

It was a pleasure to meet you, hope you enjoyed the weekend, and Trophy tours :race:

Also hope that you took pleasure to drive on this beautiful racetrack, especially V62HOT who enjoyed the grass (no damage it is the most important)

Hope to see you again, in France, or why not in UK [smilie=icon_exclaim.gif]

Thanks again [smilie=boohoo.gif]

Hi folks!

I wanted to thank you as well! That was really nice to talk with the owner of the PH2 TWR. I cant remember his name but he's a really nice person and I enjoyed looking at details of his car.

I hope you are (or nearly) all back in the UK in one piece. That was nice to see you, I hope we'll be able to see you again soon.

Cheers!

Just at le man's in a hotel overlooking the mulsane straight on free WiFi :)

I will post when I am back with more and pics etc but this weekend has been amazing in every respect ... we and the vees are all safe and our memories of the hospitality shown to us and the fantastic Mas du clos circuit and meet will stay with us for a long time ! And also let's not forget the WSR too at Magnus cours !

Thanks to Ben and Vincent and all at v6passion for a truly great experience and brilliantly organised 2 days ... the ride in the trophy was immense and the r26r also :)

It would be great to see some of the v6passion guys here at a UK event ... thinking caps on then ...

Glad to see Phil back safe too ...
