I have now dropped myself out of the SOUTH event altogether.

I will now be joining the northerners at Oulton Park for the entire weekend. I managed to find some for tickets online for Saturday, so I will be Joe Public for a day and a club member for the Friday / Saturday.

I'll also be camping.

It's a well known fact that any Northern event is better anyway

The FAQ's have been updated with recent feedback from the event organiser to clarify some earlier questions.

Now that we are get confirmations in on attendees, it's time to think about getting the event paid for. I have added a DRAFT running costs table to the leading post on the first page. This shows the costs per person.

As I get final confirmations, I will let you all know final costs and how to pay. I would like to get this wrapped up by the end of June as the event organisers are pressing for payment. I'm not forking out over £1100 from my own pocket!

I've not had chance to read all of this the last few days but can someone call me or pm me when I need to pay and if the club needs a car there on the Sunday I will leave it over night and pick it up Sunday night but I would have to work in the day thanks.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - How to pay

For those of you that have confirmed as attending, you can now pay for the event through the v6Clio.net shop via a donation.

Top Menu > Shop > Donate > Add to Cart. Here's a LINK.

Then update the quantity to the nearest pound - rounded up. For example, if you are attending one day in the NORTH for £31.76, then the donation quantity will be x32.

You can check how much you need to pay from the costs table on the first page of this thread.

For those attending the NORTH event, the numbers are pretty much finalised (thank you for all the confirmations). I'm still chasing confirmations for the SOUTH event, so the costs are likely to fluctuate. When everyone is highlighted in green on the attendee list, that'll be the final numbers.

Please Note:

All payments must be made in full BEFORE Monday 24th June. If payments are not received by then (without prior arrangement), your place will be offered to the next person on the reserve list.
Those taken from the reserve list have until 28th June to send payment in full.

I know this sound a tad blunt, but the club simply can not afford to pay for everyone's ticket in the hope that all who say they'll attend actually will. So please people... Get your payment in now!

Sorry to be a pain and I know that I stated I would do the Southern event on the Friday, but unfortunately I think I am going to have to drop out all together . I am really sorry if this makes things more difficult for those who are trying to arrange this, as that is the last thing I want to do.

Guys, the purchase of my V6 didn't go according to plan so I will not have the right car for the club stand it's also my fathers 70th surprise birthday party! I can see on the list that coolaslife is down as a reserve, on the basis of the above would he be able to take my slot???
Alternatively if I can turn up in another car and leave around 2ish i might still be able to do it but would like to give the guys with the correct cars a fair chance of displaying them?
This event is a sell out and at the price is a bargain!
