Need to start somewhere with who's available on 'what' day Peter.. The current list is just taken from the original list, calm down dear..

I'm down for 2 days, that will probably change to one.. so that others can attend.

I did notice 4 people appear to be attending all weekend: Club Administrator, Club Registrar, Events Editor, Area rep. East Anglia

I have updated the first post in the thread with a short FAQ. More will be added to this soon.

Tracking the attending members for both the North and South event was a challenge in itself.

You will also notice that on the leading post, the traditional list of attendees has been replaced with grid table for each event and each day.

Can I ask you all to review this and check that I've got it right regarding your requested days. There have been some requests for 1 or 2 days but remain unconfirmed.

If something is incorrect - please let me know and I'll update the list. Note that if you have said "I can do any day..." then you have been put down for ALL THREE days until you can confirm exactly which day.

I'm expecting over the next week or two the lists will shift around and those that are currently on the reserve list, you may well find yourself in the top 7.

We're all very accommodating, so if you see something within the lists that could change/move to give everyone the best chance of attending, again - let me know!

Already said I can do any day!

I can make both days of the south event.

I'd prefer to do 2/3 days if possible, but happy to share as we are over subscribed.

EDIT - at home now and can see it. Must've been something to do with works computer/server or something technical...

It could be due to the image being hosted on Flickr which may be blocked by your work firewall.

Being new to this organising malarkey, I have no concept of ranks with the club and it has to date purely been a first-come-first-served basis according to the original list. No-one is getting preferential treatment.

Now that we have pulled together the "first draft" to the attendees list we can begin to see the bigger picture of who's really interested. I'm counting on you guys to point out anything incorrect with the list, and to give me confirmations.

For the SOUTH event we are clearly over subscribed and we could easily fill the event twice over. For the NORTH event, we are not as under subscribe as we thought before I pulled the list together.

I'll update the list again based on recent feedback and PMs. My aim is to be as accommodating on this event as possible, but I just know I won't be able to please everyone - but I'll give it a darn good try!

1) Do you have to/can you leave your car there all weekend/overnight if you were lucky enough to do do consecutive days? Or do you drive it home at night? And what time can you leave?

2) Can your second ticket come in another car? i.e. can Mrs R bring the kids in the scenic with the other ticket?

Probably don't need answering now, or you might not know, but just thought about them and put them up before I forget

No major changes other than myself and Mr Williams have changed from 2 days to 1 day for the SOUTH event. This bumps 2 more people in to top 7 attendee zone.

Looks like 2* £25.71 plus £25 (camping)= £76.42

I'm up for that!

I didn't release Matt changed his name to Liquid and then back to Matt again so he ended up on the NORTH list twice - this has now been corrected. This means that there is one spot available for the NORTH event on Sunday.
