Head wise, I wouldn't mind getting a scrap pair to cut up and see where they are best improved. I think, and somebody correct me if I'm wrong, a 3.0l block with fairly moderatly ported heads could acheive the magic figure of 300hp. Now considering that I'm looking at a minimum of 3.4 and a possible 3.5-3.6 by restroking the crankshaft, that leaves me the problem of getting them worked well over enough to produce 340-360 bhp. A tall order considering the car only made about 215hp from the factory.
