I dont understand how they justify the £400 cambelt kit price when I was quoted £500 all in to do a Laguna V6 24 valve by renault who advertise the cambelt change prices for the renault range on a big board in the service reception area (Except the Clio V6) Funny that. When I quized the parts department about it, the guy told me that they would never get away with £400 for the kit and 7 hours labour at £100+Vat an hour for a Laguna.

£85 for a 406 V6 24valve kit though.

God Dam Mother F***ers

They make me so mad I feel like getting all stabby!!!

agreed loud man...reno seam to change part numbers and increase the price..
i have been trying to match parts, to see where ren got them from.
1 example is the rear hub (wheel carrier) is a safrane front!!
i need to find cheaper rear discs and will let you know if i find what they used. [smilie=evil.gif]

I think they may be Laguna front disks my next door neighbors got one i am trying to get the time to whip a wheel off and check.

I know the pads from the A610 fit the rear end as I fitted my Dads spare set on mine.

With pads be carefull of the material.

it may not be suitable for the V6.

After a talk with EBC they changed the recommended pad material for the V6.

Also on the market is a lot of fake pads etc.
