Breaking R21 Turbo - Ipswich

Don't let us put you off...they're great cars - make him an offer, get it mot'd & taxed - happy days.....!!

there seems to be something up with the brakes, and the steering doesnt feel connected to the wheels lol. but maybe thats standard :D

The breaks are probably sha##ed discs and pads, although the nsfcaliper used to bind if it was left standing for a month.
Sloppy steering.......have a look at the suspension turret where the rack bolts to it, I bet thats rusted aswell

yeh i thought the discs and pads might be knackered due to the track days its had, my mate put some brake fluid in, and it is 100% better now apprantly lol.

would do m8 but ffs ?750, i bought my chammy for that with 12 months mot and 5 months tax, gonna hold out for a better one tbh

I will have a white one up for sale sooner or later, just got a couple of issues I want to sort first.

LOL, whe now. If you try to sell the gearbox as a lotus-one on kitcar-boy's, think twice, there not stupid !

Guys I am sure that's the 21 I owned around 4 years ago, I think it stayed in Surrey.I I originally swapped it against my Golf GTi ( which was a pile of ****e ). When I sold it the only thing wrong with it was a small hole on the outer sill. It did have a good history with all the book pack.
