One thing I would say is that, with the DS1.11's on the front and when I ran the OEM pads on the rear, the tail is a little waggy under hard braking, nothing major, but its a noticeable increase to the car's stability when I stuck the DS2500 rear pads on.
IIRC is was BTCC man Josh Cook who first suggested and tried this DS1.11/Ds2500 combo on his race megane.
The fact that the mk2 megane calipers are the same as the mk3 clio ones, and the fact that the DS1.11 was the control pad for the Clio Cup cars has meant the Fedoro range in our calliper fitments seems great value, must be due to volumes.
CL pads on the other hand, are really expensive on the Mk2, but the Mk3 megane they are cheaper than the fedoro pads - funny how it works like that
