Looks fantastic Steve, well done sir. You've used exactly the same idea as I'm going to use regards the PAS system, i was originally going to use a corsa setup with the electric motor on the column, I believe the electro/hydraulic system will give a more mechanical feel/feedback to the steering.

I need some help chaps.. I seem to have lost the little hose tail that bolts into the side of the turbo that I take the Boost Pressure for the Actuator:


Has anyone got one/ or can point me in the right direction to get one?? The thread looks too fine for a standard BSP...?

Use one of the nozzles off a carb (might need to re-tap the thread though).

Pirtek are based in most cities steve and have stuff like this on the shelf of various size and thread

Nuneaton hose supplies are great for random bits but bit far from you

If it makes you feel any better about how much you have to do Steve, I took a coolant hose off the 21 yesterday.

I have to refit a new one before Blyton.

So as of yesterday, the old ST Cup is 99% back together and ready for Blyton!! :i-m_so_happy.gif:

Got the tracking done yesterday, and what a ballache that was. First garage refused to try saying car was too low, second place I took it did it for me but when I picked it up they said they couldn't do the back properly as the gauges wouldn't fit... I see on FB that @James5 was having the same problem as me??

Anyway they got it close enough on the front with the new PAS rack so I'm all ready to go..

Was a fun little (illegal) drive home from the garage though, the PAS steering felt great and the car just changed direction like a fly! Can't wait to try it out for real at Blyton next weekend!!

Now all i've got left to do it polish the turd to see if I can make it look presentable..?

Got ST Cup back together for Blyton Park next weekend and even managed to clean her up a little bit! Never going to win a show & shine but at least it's not covered in greasy fingerprints now:

Looks ok that, might want to think about heat shielding the pump unit from the turbo?

@Big Steve - Raider you could bin the breather hose thats blocked off on the inlet manifold - undo the one way valve and fit a short m8 bolt in its place
