The runs I've had over the years have all roughly been within 10hp of each unless I had an issue like the 165hp run a few years ago.Take KTEC power runs with a pinch of salt. They are typically at least 10% higher than anywhere else.
Having said that - if you dyno'd before mods and after mods it makes no difference.

It could be as a contaminated MAP sensor can give false data which will lead to a combination of timing,fuel mix problems.could it not be a det issue? especially if its happening just on high boost? can the ecu sense knock as that looks very similar to an ecu pulling timing and adding it back over and over.

Even if they misread, if you use the same RR to develop and test any noted gains or loss will be the same, any way show me a dyno that everyone 100% agrees are accurate all of the time.
