21 Turbo and so it begins......

so where to begin???? (both description and the car)
not had it to long but after it going up on the ramp at weekend, its apparent in needs a full brake and suspension overhaul, and the not suprising two new outer sills.
parts ive bought so far are:
new front and rear calipers
front and rear discs and pads
new handbrake cables and flexi hoses
new outer sills
o.e wheels
this list im sure will get massively longer as I get futher on but that's gotta just be a renault thing

It's best not to make a list, a4 paper just isn't big enough! I'm getting a load of stuff delivered this weekend and not too far away if you're stuck for bits.

All kinds, a full car with spares and a donor car with spares. Some refurbed and new bits, I only need some for myself but had to buy the lot to make it worthwhile. I'll have a complete list by Sunday night

surprisingly the only good bit on it is the shockers I think(on the front) the backs look a bit ropey tho
for now tho im not to fussed if it drives like a blamonge as long as it drives

Good to hear, please keep us updated and anything you need don't be afraid to ask! We have strong resources on here, chances are whatever issue you have we have already seen/fixed/patched or developed our way out of it

hiya martin yes it me, ive still got the gordini, two 5 gtturbos, the 21turbo, a mk1 standard 5, a campus prima, and a lot of non Renault projects as well, (don't know why I do it to myself but I do), if we knew then what we know now we could have retired many years ago, the amount of cars and parts that have passed us all by.

business is going from strength to strength and still cant get enough staff to keep up with the work we have even after expanding to bigger premises.
hows things with you? how many cars have you got on the drive in bits this time?

That's good news about the business are you still in Oldham?

Got a couple of GTA breakers (not much left to be honest), and the A610. Would love another 21 but can't justify having another toy as we now have a VW camper as well.
