So yet another project from the house of Endor. Mid last week @Haz posted on another thread that Scoff at EFI Parts had a clio 172 turbo needing some work potentially available. Not being one to miss an oppertunity i fired Scoff an email as soon as i saw the post and over the afternoon sorted out a deal. It needed a sensor change and map tweak before it could be let go so but scoff pulled a late one the following night to get it done. 2 days from the initial email i was on a train bound for Runcorn. I got to Efi parts to be greeted by Scoff and the car. We had a catchup and chat followed by a cup of tea and then i was off. Any way it got me home fine though with the heaters and stereo not working it was a long drive especially when getting stuck in traffic.
I will update as i go along fixing things, the car is to be treated as a running project. It was basically thrown together to be a test bed for stock ecu calibrations and thus was put together to do a job rather than be nice to look at, function over form and all that. It has performed very well doing so running a remaped stock ecu with Efi Parts in house designed and built box of tricks that allow the ecu to work fine with boost pressure and bigger injectors. Some of the car is a little erm.... rough but it does the job
So these are the pics i was sent from Scoff
