Steve depending on what time you get down to Ashford we could get a meal down this way.... if you fancied it.
Thanks very muich for the invitation @Chris Smith; we'd love to, but I think the Friday night Traffic will not be kind to us so I imagine we won't get down to Ashford until very late. We'll catch up (Whilst I drink) over a few Bitbergers in Adenau matey!! :ay::ay:

I was in Adenau Yesterday to kill a few hours whilst I was visting some customers and scoped out the Hotel and surroundings. I found that the Hotel is fantastically placed for the Nurburgring Circuit... :ay: but it's right on the edge of the Town of Adenau and a good 1 mile walk down hill to the town centre... :bl:
So to save us p1ssing around to find somewhere to eat on the Saturday Night when we get there, I have provisionally booked a table for 16 people at the 27 Ventisette Restaurant for 7 : 30pm on Saturday 7th October. The 27 Ventisette Restuatant is just over the road from where the Hotel is (check out the Map at the top of this page, and you will see the Restaurant!).
Interestingly the 27 Ventisette Restaurant get's rated as the #1 Restuarant in Adenau on Tripadvisor, so I think it's a good place to go, and certainly worth me booking this table!!
I want to confirm the numbers ASAP so I can increase/decrease the booking as required if you would like to join us so please let me know so I can add you to the list below:

Its with much regret and sadness that we are going to have to pull out of this trip due to medical reasons.
This leaves me out of pocket for the eurotunnel unless anyone else wants to take on the booking but understand if everyone else has already booked their own.
I also have 2 twin rooms booked at the hotel which are now free for others to book or they can just pay for the rooms on arrival.
Anyone needing chunnel or rooms please get in touch.
Have fun everyone and do a lap for me.
