Some more shots of the 5G 'R' Style. Cage and seats in, new actuator and bleed valve fitted. Should be getting it back this week now. Just needs setting up then, and apparently a lot of rattles to locate and stop! Any body local to me (near Maidstone) who could help with the tune up - apparently has a big flat spot on large throttle openings - possible accelerator jet fault?

Looks nice, just check that some one has not put the accelerator jet nozzle into the secondary barrel...(usually happens by accident on carb rebuild attempts) .I bought one once with the previous owner saying exactly the same thing. Took the cover off the carb and found it squirting fuel into the secondary! Quick fix!......maybe!!

Oh, and do an Adeyspec, and side pipe the exhaust....yum yum!

do the sidey! easy to do with just a 90 as there's a joint on the pipe exactly where you need to add a side pipe
