I reckon so, no choice really.... Which is a big cost in itself. I'd say 1k absolute max to sort the engine.

Renault World Series @ Silverstone in August.
Rally Legend event @ San Marino in October.

Seriously considering going down the mappable ignition avenue with Whitey too.

Over half the year gone...

Whitey's laid up for this year.
Mappable ignition idea is on the backburner.
Was booked up for RWS, but the event date then changed to the following weekend, so attending that was knocked on the head.



On the plus side, all booked up for RL in October, and enjoying ownership of a 225, which wasn't even on the cards when I posted the above.

Just over half way thorugh the year and the gtt suspension rebuild is done - van has hardly moved - megane has had most of the suspension replaced up front and the front brakes are shot from some hot track day driving lol. I think a couple of trackdays are possible in one of the vehicles before the end of the year
