Well it finally turned up this week. Tell Ali that the factory silver alloys are in my garage awaiting winter tyres..

First trip is Classic Le Mans in a fortnight.

I've currently got a LWB T32 T5 Transporter and it's epic! Properly quick, really comfy and easy to drive but do find I'm up and down the gears all the time, DSG would be a bit nicer to live with…but it is just a van I guess!

Certainly the best I've been in/driven though in terms of quality and comfort - although it does use a fair chunk of fuel but I only do short journeys.
