5 GT Turbo Where these 2 bolts go!?

I'm rebuilding a 5 gtt engine and found these 2 bolts but I don't remember where they go! I usually bag them and label the bags but the bag that had these was unlabelled- my bad- can you help me if you know where they go ?

Or TDC Sensor as it's often called also. Definitely those bolts and an 11mm socket size from memory...?
