Hi Guys
I am thinking of a new set of alloys for my ph1 what i want to know what the best size would be as dont want to big so they rub or too big J size?

7/7.5J

size is your personal preference, some say keep with 15" for ride comfort.

others like the arch filling look of the 17" but feel its a compromise on ride comfort.

and many people think 16" is the sweet spot for both only problem being tyres are slightly more expensive compared to 15"/17"

Aye, id definetly agree that 16's are the best all rounder, 17's look good but id soon get sick of the ride comfort ... or lack of it ...

16" was good for the smaller 19 ;)
17" is good on the 21 imo!

Maybe we have better roads here in Sweden? (or my shocks or so terribly worn out that I don't feel the bumps..)

i love the std ph1 15's u get toyo's cheap an the r888's lol small wheels are the way forward!

i have 17s on mine n to be honest dont find a great deal of dif on ride how ever better handling and puts the power down lots better would like to try 16s though the 17s lift the car a fair amount but wit some of the roads down ere its done me a favour lol bar the soddin pot holes that have cracked one of me wheels so back on the 15s atm
