I pootled home today in the dark and I just love my vee. The hum of the engine. The wide body in the mirrors. Great performance for the era it was built in. Just nice and comforting. Did 30/40miles. Popped in to see a friend and returned to the vee and just so nice the smell and warmth of the cabin. In the winter it's an absolute bonus. Parked in Tescos walked back to it what a great looking car. Totally unique by modern standards. So few built adds to the unique feeling. Special cars. And I have a bond with mine after all the crazy adventures I have been with it. Its like a best friend to me. I hope you build such an emotional relationship with your vee. Either way you will enjoy owning one.

Just had a fantastic conversation with previous owner Nigel ... What a really good nice guy . He had been so generous to send me the indoor cover for it which goes without saying a wonderful gesture along with some other bits.

Iv recently just got mine and it's unbelievable experience.

You can't help but drive it, for instance, just nipped out for a indian takeaway 2 mile away, ended up doing a detour of 20 miles
