What performance do i have if ?

I have an F7P engine with it`s stock gearbox and i am thinking of putting the 1.4 energy gearbox because it has shorter ratio which i think will help me to decrease the time taken from 0-200 km.
So anyone did it before, and can help me finding an answer.
