What I Sold for the V6

Andy V6

New Member
Not a V6 so if it needs to be deleted by mods/admin please feel free.

I've previously owned a 480bhp TT Supra, and this one i've just sold was running 380bhp at the wheels. Rare as hell Twin Turbo Supra Aerotop which are only available as imports.

0-62 was under 5 seconds
1/4 mile was high 12's
Fuel consumption varied. I had £60 do me 90 miles but driving like Ms. Daisy I saw 270 miles once.

I'll miss her but the V6 should be fun, wanted one a few years back and now I collect the V6 Friday (7pm :)) read reviews on the steering and don't want to tempt fate but think i'll not have to many issues with previous RWD experience.

Do you miss it!!! :(

I miss jap turbo power, the noise, the performance, the looks..... but not the running costs!!!! :D

Sort of miss it... well it's outside under a car cover as the new owner isn't taking it till Friday but he has a key and paid so I must resist the temptation to take the cover off and take the car out.

I think the Clio V6 will be just as fun but in a different way. People keep telling me i'll miss the power etc, but i'm not buying the V6 for power i'm buying a piece of history, i'm buying a car that dared to be different. Something thats OTT and in your face.

I just love the V6 look and styling.

Ahhh an elusive storm blue Aero TT (unfortunately only available in automatic).
I used to have one of these puppies but an auto GZ (also in the rare storm blue) a few years ago and although I loved it to bits they have now unfortunately become how can I say... mega chav.
I still have the upmost respect for them and loved mine to bits, shame the max power brigade decided to adopt them but hey ho.
I never had any running issues with it (even though it was over 13 years old). Alongside the Skyline the Supra optimises the phrase "bullet proof".... oh I miss my Supe.... Sold mine to buy a MKIV R32 which I had for 15 months and then sold this due to issues with it's built quality (becoming increasingly ever so common with the MKIV). They certainly don't make them like they used to...

Anyway although I miss the post 4k rpm both turbos on full spool drama, I have to say that I absolutely love my Veee and know you will not regret making the move!! :approve: :approve: :approve:

thats a lovely car...but it has no character compared to the vee!

you will love it just you wait :approve: :approve:
